PRIVACY & TERMS
Privacy & terms
Effective date: 13 October 2026
These terms explain how you may use Iranlook services and reports, how orders are handled and how we use the information you provide.
1. Acceptance and scope
By submitting a request or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be authorised to act for the business you identify. Any additional scope, price and delivery arrangements agreed in writing for your order also apply.
2. Business use only — no misuse or harmful use
Every Iranlook report, including a free sample, is provided solely and exclusively for lawful business purposes. Permitted purposes include assessing a business counterparty, commercial due diligence, supplier or buyer assessment, and market or sourcing decisions.
You must not use a report or any information in it for any abusive, malicious, destructive, unlawful or otherwise harmful purpose. This includes harassment, intimidation, threats, blackmail, fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, targeting individuals, exposing private information, or causing unlawful harm to any person or business. You must not distort information or present it out of context to mislead others.
You are responsible for your use of the report and for ensuring that anyone you are permitted to share it with follows these restrictions. Iranlook may decline a request or suspend further access where there are reasonable grounds to believe the service is being misused, subject to applicable law.
3. Report scope and limitations
Reports reflect the information available and the scope agreed for the order at the time of preparation. Records and circumstances may change, and information may be incomplete. A report does not guarantee a counterparty’s financial position, reliability, product quality or future performance.
Reports support your own commercial assessment. They are not legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining any transaction-specific professional advice you need. If you believe a report contains an error, contact us with the relevant details so we can review it.
4. Your order and identifying details
Provide accurate contact details and enough information to identify the company or market concerned. Tell us promptly about any correction or change. If further details or clarification are required, preparation may wait until they are received. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
5. Prices, payment and delivery
The Iran Company Report costs EUR 120. Iran Enhanced Due Diligence costs EUR 350. Iran Market & Sourcing Intelligence is quoted according to the agreed scope. Any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed before payment.
Submitting the order form sends your request; it does not collect payment. After a Company Report request, we email an invoice PDF with a PayPal payment link. We begin work after payment is received and we have the necessary company details and agreed scope. The Company Report is delivered within 24 business hours from that point. Business hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Tehran time. Delivery schedules for the other services are agreed individually. We will notify you if clarification or an unexpected delay affects delivery.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. We will review the request in light of work already performed, the agreed scope and applicable law, and explain any available refund or adjustment. If we cannot fulfil the agreed service, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution. These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Confidential delivery and sharing
Reports are delivered privately to the intended customer. Your download link grants access to your report; keep it confidential and do not publish or forward it indiscriminately. Contact us if a link is exposed or needs to be replaced.
You may use a report internally within your business and share it confidentially with professional advisers assisting with the relevant business purpose, provided they follow these terms. You must not resell, publicly publish or distribute a report or sample without Iranlook’s prior written permission.
8. Information we collect and why
We collect the name, email address, company, country and request or order details you submit, together with relevant payment status and delivery records. We use this information to process requests, communicate about your order, prepare and deliver reports, maintain service records and address support issues. Consent to contact about a request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
9. Privacy and access
Customer details and reports are not published or sold. Access is limited to authorised staff and the intended recipient. Hosting, email and financial-service providers may process the information necessary to provide their services; disclosure may also be required by law. We use appropriate safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained only as needed to fulfil the service, handle support or disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or deletion where applicable, subject to lawful retention requirements.
10. Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your business and the proposed transaction. Iranlook is not responsible for commercial outcomes merely because you relied on a report. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility or customer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Updates and contact
The terms in effect when your order is agreed apply to that order unless a change is separately agreed or required by law. Updated terms will be published here with a new effective date.
For questions, corrections, privacy requests or order issues, reply to your service email or contact the team through our contact form, including your order reference where available.
