Identify the supplier you will contract with. Request the full registered name, available identifiers and the company’s role: manufacturer, distributor or intermediary. Compare this information with the quotation.
Treat product claims as a separate enquiry. Company information alone does not confirm quality, capacity or compliance with your specifications. Ask for the evidence relevant to your product and evaluate it independently.
Clarify the supply chain. Ask which entity manufactures the goods, which entity invoices you and who handles shipment. Record any subcontracting or intermediary arrangements that matter to your purchase.
Agree specifications and acceptance criteria in writing. Where appropriate, arrange your own product samples or independent inspection. These activities are outside the launch Company Report’s scope.
Use the Company Report as an organised starting point for understanding the legal counterparty. Request the sample to review the available information.
